By accessing or using MyDoc.Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyDoc.Tools provides AI-powered document translation services. Users can upload documents in supported formats (DOCX, XLSX) and receive translated versions. The Service uses artificial intelligence and may not produce perfect translations. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying translated content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or word balance restrictions
• Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. MyDoc.Tools does not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Free users receive a limited word balance. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that translations will be accurate, complete, or error-free. AI-generated translations should be reviewed by a qualified human translator for critical use cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDoc.Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
